Scanning and Digitisation

The limits of product digitisation are almost limitless thanks to today's advanced technologies. Thanks to our high-precision 3D scanner, we can process almost any complex geometry, regardless of colour, surface or design. With our scanners, we can recreate a 3D model of the product with an accuracy of up to 50 microns to be tested.

In addition to the accuracy, we can also digitise textures to produce an exact replica of the parts being inspected in 3D.

Digitisation itself is only the first step in the 3D scanning process. The 3D scanning is followed by software post-processing to create the final 3D model. The resulting mesh can be textured or untextured, and we can also measure, verify or reverse engineer the 3D scanned model into CAD format.
